Finding Beauty

The perks to moving to a new place for me seem to be few so far, 

but at least I am forced to discover new things.

I have been trying to push myself to find the beauty in the desert around me.

Morning Bloom

I looked in my little window nook today to see my Valentine's day roses had begun to bloom. 

It was amazingly beautiful. 

So, I took the hint, grabbed my camera, and shot away.
